We want to find individuals that can deliver exceptional support by phone, email and chat. You’ll keep people informed, answer questions and resolve issues with clarity and care.

Client Support Associate – Pension Tracing

You’ll support customers whose pensions we are tracing on their behalf. Your role is to keep them informed, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure they feel looked after throughout the process.

This is a customer support role focused on clarity, follow-through, and service quality.


We help people track down lost and forgotten pensions — and we do it with clear communication and proper support.
You’ll be the person customers speak to when they have questions, need an update, or hit a problem.

The goal is simple: deliver such a solid customer experience that people naturally leave excellent feedback at the end of their journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Phone customers – to answer questions, give updates, and support them through the process
  • Email customers – with clear, professional updates and next steps
  • Use our chat platform – to respond quickly and helpfully to customer queries
  • Keep accurate case notes – so nothing is missed and customers do not have to repeat themselves
  • Follow up properly — take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution

What You Will Have:

  • Good written English – GSCE or Equivilant level 5 or higher
  • Confident phone manner
  • IT literacy — comfortable using systems, email, and chat tools
  • Attention to detail — accurate notes and careful handling of customer information
  • Professional, calm and patient communication
  • Customer support experience (helpful but not essential — we’ll train the right attitude).

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries by phone, email and chat with clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide regular updates so customers always know what’s happening and what comes next.
  • Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed case notes and customer records.
  • Deliver a consistently great experience that leads to strong customer feedback.
