Sales Professional B2C

You will be responsible for handling inbound warm enquiries from individuals actively seeking support with finding lost pensions and explaining the solutions available to them.

Your focus will be to understand each client’s situation, clearly explain our service, address questions or concerns, and offer our market-leading solution — while delivering a professional and supportive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Managing inbound telephone enquiries from prospective clients
  • Explaining Pension Pie’s service clearly, accurately and professionally
  • Building rapport and trust over the phone
  • Handling objections appropriately
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly targets
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records within the CRM system
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer care and compliance at all times
  • Learning quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Making approximately 50–70 calls per day

Flexibility is Essential

This is not a traditional 9–5 position.

Success in this role depends on engaging with clients at times that suit them, which will often include early evenings and other peak contact periods. The working schedule is therefore structured around maximising client accessibility and commercial performance rather than fixed office hours.

The role will suit individuals who understand that results are driven by being available when clients are ready to make decisions.

What We’re Looking For

An experienced telephone sales professional, or someone who has worked in a fast-paced, consumer-led sales or marketing environment, looking to apply their skills in a client-focused setting. You will work when the client is ready to speak.
