Sales Professional B2C (Telephone & Digital-Based)

You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from individuals actively seeking support with tracing and consolidating their pensions. The role is primarily telephone-based, supported by digital follow-up where appropriate.

Your focus will be to understand each client’s situation, clearly explain our service, address questions or concerns, and convert enquiries into new clients — while delivering a professional and supportive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound telephone enquiries from prospective clients
  • Explaining Pension Pie’s services clearly, accurately, and professionally
  • Building rapport and trust over the phone
  • Handling objections appropriately and closing new business
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records within the CRM system
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer care and compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2C telephone sales
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance
  • Resilient, organised, and self-motivated
  • Ability to discuss financial-related services responsibly and clearly
  • Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential
