The Role

This is a senior-level B2C conversion role.

You will work warm inbound financial enquiries and will be expected to:

  • Convert engaged consumers into booked regulated advice appointments
  • Engage confidently with higher-value and professionally qualified individuals
  • Manage structured follow-up pipelines
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline
  • Consistently exceed performance targets

There is no cold calling.

Commercial maturity and professional credibility are essential.

Earnings & Package

  • £32,000 base salary
