Sales Professional B2C (Telephone & Digital-Based)
The Role
This is a full-time Business Development Executive position focused on converting warm inbound consumer enquiries into booked regulated financial advice appointments.
There is no cold calling.
You will be speaking with UK consumers who have already responded to our marketing campaigns and requested information.
Your responsibility is to:
- Qualify suitability
- Build trust quickly
- Convert interest into confirmed appointments
- Manage structured follow-up
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Deliver against defined performance metrics
This is a revenue-generating role. Performance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting warm inbound UK enquiries
- Clearly qualifying consumers against defined criteria
- Booking regulated financial advice appointments
- Managing structured follow-up sequences
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Achieving defined weekly and monthly KPIs
- Operating within compliance-led standards
Earnings Structure
- £28,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- £60,000+ realistic OTE
- Top performers exceeding this level
- Short sales cycle
- Commission paid promptly
Current team performance supports these earnings levels.

Working Structure

- Initial onboarding and training conducted at our Congleton office
- Primarily remote working once established
