Salary of £21-24k per year and OTE of £40k+ per year

A bit about the job…

We are looking for a professional, friendly person who is happy to work from home, and who is conscientious, trustworthy and hardworking.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

  • Contact private pre-qualified individuals by phone/email/chat
  • Clarify detailed information
  • Provide a friendly response to client questions
  • Overcome objections
  • Close and record information
  • Arrange appointments on behalf of senior executives

Personal requirements we will be looking for:

  • Tenacious, integrity, professional
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Articulate and confident whilst interacting on the telephone
  • Ability to prioritise and use own initiative
  • Able to work from home and create a good working environment.
  • You will need your own computer and stable internet connectivity.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree level or equivalent experience/qualifications
  • Experience of customer service call handling techniques would be beneficial
  • Experience of tailoring communication style to deal with a variety of customers and enquiries with skills in questioning, probing, and extracting information
  • Wealth, banking or financial industry experience in a contact centre environment would be beneficial
