2. Not for resale - Leads/appointments cannot be sold on.
3. You agree to adhere to providing advice to the consumer as stipulated by the FCA
4. You agree not share any data with any 3rd party whatsoever.
5. You have the necessary authorisation and qualifications to provide advice.
6. That you will attend appointments and/or rearrange appointments on behalf of the client.
7. You will adhere to all data protection requirements when handling the client data and you understand that by accepting these terms and conditions you are responsible for the handling of the data.
8. You agree to our quality control team contacting the clients from time to time to get feedback on the quality of service.

11. If for what ever reason we are unable to provide the leads/appointments we will provide a refund for the shortfall.
