Sales Professional B2C (Telephone & Digital-Based)
The Role
This is a senior-level B2C conversion role.
You will work warm inbound financial enquiries and will be expected to:
- Convert engaged consumers into booked regulated advice appointments
- Engage confidently with higher-value and professionally qualified individuals
- Manage structured follow-up pipelines
- Maintain strong CRM discipline
- Consistently exceed performance targets
There is no cold calling.
Commercial maturity and professional credibility are essential.
Earnings & Package
- £32,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- £70,000+ realistic OTE
- £80,000+ achievable for strong performers
